Lenore Road & Nicholas Road, Hocking
Tadros Dixon
Bulk Earthworks, Retaining Walls, Underground Services, Roads.

This 45 lot residential subdivision was completed in May 2014 and commenced with the removal of asbestos material from site. The bulk earthworks involved 8,500m3 of cut to fill and the loading and removal of 15,000m3 of surplus material. Internally there was 4600m2 of roads built, 700m of sewer installed and 500lm of common services.

A major component of the contract was the retaining wall design. A boundary wall buried up to 6 courses below ground was constructed to allow for the future duplication of Lenore Road. This also included the feature wall above it, complete with piers, capping and infill fencing.

Delta Civil also installed 100m of sheet pilling as a temporary measure until the surrounding lots are developed.
